Pomp's Tire Service

Zach was AMAZING!!! I realized I had a flat when I got in to Appleton in the middle of the night last night and was dreading dealing with it (baby's first flat tire experience 😭😂) but when I called this morning, Zach was super helpful explaining the steps I'd take through towing it there and getting it looked at, and was very patient with me when I asked a lot of clarifying questions, haha. Best of all, I'd been thinking that I'd have to replace the whole tire, as it had been sitting flat on the rim overnight and the metal bit that had punctured it looked pretty severe, but when he called with the diagnosis (just a couple hours later!!! so quick!!!) he let me know they had actually already taken care of it with a plug/patch and it was ready to be picked up!! Zach minimized the stress of the entire experience and was a gem to work with. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely be coming back to a Pomp's location the next time I need tire help!!

Very satisfied! I volunteered for tornado cleanup in Menasha and Appleton with my truck and dump trailer. I was donating my time and equipment along with many other contractors and business owners. I foresaw eventually we may end up with a flat tire. I called some larger tire companies that couldn't help us. I called Pomps tire on Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton and talked with Zach (the manager). He didn't hesitate to offer services to help us get back on the road quickly to continue with our mission of helping with tornado cleanup. I ended up with some nails in my truck and trailer. Zach and Pomps went above and beyond to help with us and our community!

Zach was able to get my car in for an appointment quickly after I had concerns about a “clunking” noise. He and his team diagnosed the issue right away and had my car repaired and back to me the very same day. Zach was honest and transparent with the pricing upfront, no hidden fees or surprises. Everyone we interacted with provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable car service!

Vehicles dash warning lights started going off. Assumed it may be the alternator. Called on a Friday & they scheduled inspection for following Monday. The vehicle had to be towed in & Pomps completed the inspection & replaced the alternator all completed the same day & vehicle was ready for pickup at 3:30. It’s hard these days to find this kind of friendly, fast, quality of service & reasonably priced. Sooo appreciative & will definitely recommend & be back for any vehicle needs.

We've started using Pomp’s for our tire needs, and the experience has been great. They’re always quick to get us in and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Zach is a great communicator and super responsive. I also appreciated being able to ask about rebates and deals without feeling any pressure to sign up for a credit card, which has been an issue for me at other shops in the past. Definitely recommend.
